We build AI capability through a multi-track training program tailored to each level of the organisation. Board members focus on governance, risk, and strategic opportunity; executives on AI strategy, ROI and change; leaders and managers on implementation, workflow design, and tool selection; and individual contributors on hands-on tools and automation.

During and after training, we identify and develop AI Champions in each department, people who are enthusiastic about AI, understand their domain deeply, and can translate between technical options and business needs. We support them with weekly sessions to share learnings, coordinate initiatives, and grow an internal AI community.

With these champions, we map key workflows, bottlenecks, and pain points, then prioritise opportunities by impact and ease. We start with quick wins that automate manual tasks and enhance existing processes, creating visible results and case studies. From there, we shape a short- and long-term AI roadmap aligned to the organisation’s strategic goals.
